What sort of life expectancy should we get from our wheel bearings?

This winter I'll be replacing tires and probably the brake pads. Since I'll have the wheels off should I consider replacing the bearings? The have over 11,000 miles on them to date. They roll fine and no squeaking or grinding sounds. No play noted while spinning and applying side to side pressure.

Depends on the weather condition and where you ride mainly. But if they aint bad aint bother my friend...

I'm thinking this might be a good idea....
IF you've a trusted mechanic that you know will do the job correctly, AND the price for the added labor and parts are reasonable....
They've the correct tools to do the job, and there is already the expense of pulling the wheels.
Maybe hand them the new exhaust gaskets, pipe to exhaust nuts, bearing sets, caliper pins or bolts.....some dealers might balk at being handed major parts like brake pads and tires. That is where some of their income comes from.
But if the added expense is modest, seems like it might be good $ spent on preventative maintenance. Yes?

PS, DO add some cream to the Dog's fairtraded Colombian brew this morning. You could strip enamel paint with this coffee! Yep, sunrise holiday ride again today....arriving at 6:20....which is a bit crazy even for me.:-) Deer season so don't go much over about 28mph through the boonies. Don't see many cars at this hour. Wish I could get here on the LIKE200i, but a few too many miles at 55 required. Felt safer on the Forza and the Burgman playing on those roads....with people wanting to do 65+ behind me.

Parts I buy directly from my dealer. So if I get in a bind in my DIY projects I just call and they'll tow for free and gladly use the parts I purchased from them. The real bear is the removal of the rear tire. I'll start with the front and take it to the shop for tire dismount and mount. Then work on replacing the front brake and oil. Then move to the rear and do the same. This means a second trip to the dealer to check out all the scooters and BMW motorcycles.

2011  300i downtown   65,500 km.  = 41,000 miles  , every spring I clean, and grease, check for wear,  and my scooter seems to run better every year ,  the only things I have changed is ,tires, air filter DNA, oil, rear end lube, givi wind shield , seat rebuild, made my own top box mount, and top box by givi E 460  no weight limit,  on box,and a modded variator, with Dr. pulley sliders, on my #3  belt,. and installed LED lights on the top box, with LED head lights, to go with the HID low beam lights,  and I installed a duel USB plug in the glove box,
