Thanks Joseph
Is the factory clearence really 0.07? If i read the manual it says 0.04.
Anyway the (as you say) main issue for me is to find a Cdi that works with my engine.
And then take babysteps after that.

Expensive yes! Just ordered a new cdi: http://www.racing-planet.se/reservdelar-scooter-cdi-box-naraku-ostrypt-kymco-like-agility-city-super8-takt-p-437664-1.html#.VxXNNjCLSUk
The third one, hope it works, if it doesnt, i have to go abroad for one...
Any rekommendations?

Light tan-grey is good grey would be going to the lean side then white & then..... They always run the best just before it burns down.
My wife never asked, " can you make it go faster?" until we bought a 4 stroke Moped. My reply, "yes dear"

OK, the third unristricted CDI.

With the org Cdi  (40km flat), 25uphill
Starts fine, good throttle

unristricted CDI   55km/h   35uphill
Very hard to start, no throttle, or sometimes throttle but with heavily spinning wheel.
If i adjust the throttle down it dies...

Can you adjust this problem with the lowspeed? jet on my new (Guarantee) carb PD18J? (is it a good one?)
Or is this  CDI also sh**?

Take "baby steps" when changing anything on a 50cc scooter.  The factory clearances (0.7mm) work best always.  The factory Kymco carb is the best, if it won't start it's just a minor adjustment.  Be careful removing Kymco hoses - small changes upset the balance of everything.  Changing rollers won't make it go faster, only the acceleration changes.  Top speed is restricted by the Kymco CDI (which is reliable but slow), but changing the CDI needs experience since there' so many different models, some of which are excellent, but some are a real pain as you have discovered.  If you don't know any real Kymco tuning experts, you have to do your own research (which is often expensive when you're using forums for advice!).

X 2 well said Joe. Kymco have a balance ya need to keep the righjt size air and gas lines.and because of the cdi box being dc. the reast of the scoot being ac they can be hard to tune..........

Ok  :'(

If i ask the shop to put in a 70cc and drive with the org cdi, will it only make 45km or do i have to find a cdi that works?

Well @blue , i think your probably right.
I sold my Agilty 2 days ago and bought a Kymco Like 125cc.
I will get it in a week.
I mean if my 50cc is tuned its the same punishment as driving a 125cc, and i wont have to spend more time and money on the Agility.

But i must say that im very glad for all the help
you get here in the forum, happy i found my way here.

Now i hope an Admin make a section for Like 125cc also 😃
