..i reckon this goes without saying, but make SURE of all your connections.....

..to see a spark at your plug, I believe that the threads must be grounded to a part of the frame / engine...

..make sure you have that situation when looking for the spark...

I just dont understand, the scooter started before i took apart and reassembled, All parts i replaced: Crankshaft, stator, and stator cover, 72 cc big bore kit.  All connections are correct i checked like 3 times, I just dont know?!?  I might have to take it to a shop to get looked at an expense I was not planning on having to do.  I know everything is hooked up right though.

I hate to be the one to say it! You have something wrong on the wiring. Start at the beginning, and look at it like it is the first time you are looking at it. Maybe just a connection that is not all the way plugged in? Check the fuse. Check the kill switch. If you replaced the stator, try your old one to see if you have a defective one from the supplier. Look for a wire that may have gotten pinched, and is shorting out. Don't run to the dealer yet. Just slow down, and pretend you are fixing it for someone else, and your skills will come together. If you have a brain dead buddy to hold the spark plug wire for you, you just may get a laugh out of fixing it.
