I've never heard of it, but I bet it's a Chinese clone scoot.  If it needs any work I would not pay more than $125 - $150 for it!  Even then I probably wouldn't pay more for one!  The Chinese scoots are pretty easy to source parts for because they are all about the same, but their reliability can be pretty poor!

Nothing shows on Google for that spelling. If Google ain't got it... Like Shaka said they are all about the same, but not quite. so even if you can find a part you need chances are it won't fit. Things like jets, pipes, cvt parts, gaskets ect will be very hard to locate and fit right. Pep Boys in the US has 150cc scooters for 799.00 out the door, but that is where they stay as Pep Boys have NO parts, or service policy for them. If you find one CHEAP there is a reason. The seller will tell you all it needs is a Head gasket, and spark plug. Good luck finding the Right one.

Forgot to finish my thought... If you want a back up scoot I would wait until a top brand becomes available. Even if it doesn't run when you get it chances are for a few dollars in repair, it will continue to run long after it has served its purpose for you, and on to the next guy. A clone will not last long enough for you to re-sell it. Just my opinion...

..i know 3 guys that have bought cheap scooters, after I bought mine, an they saw how much fun I was having...

..none of them made it much over 6 months without some major repair work, and within the last 2 years, none of them are currently on the road...

..just my observations...

Well, look at it this way: I sometimes work at a scooter shop. The fax there periodically gets spammed with various people offering to sell 150cc Chinese scooters for under $400 each to the dealer, delivered, in container quantities.

Do you want to be able to go 50mph on something that can be on the dealer's floor for under $400 (knowing full well that neither the Chinese manufacturer or the importer has lost money on the deal)?

We have to be fair. My P250S did not exactly excel in the quality department. Also, you could have gotten killed or injured when your brakes locked up (yes, you can say that tightening the bolts and nuts is a part of regular maintenance, but on 400 US$ a Chinese scooter that's pretty much what can get you killed, not nuclear fusion or spontaneous combustion)...

I bet it looks something like this. http://www.sunl.com/SL50QT-2.html These are all pretty much the same "made in china" scooter.  Under the parts section it says, "Parts for the 50-110cc, 4 stroke moped's.  These moped's can come under many different names:  Kazuma, Sunl, Roketa, Terminator, Lynx, Redcat, New Star, Hanma, and all the made in china scooters!"  It might be worthwhile in the short term, but your money would ultimately be better spent elsewhere!  Plus, the Chinese scoots really don't have much re-sale value, obviously!

After looking at shaka's link I want one. It's pretty! MMMmmmm spontaneous combustion. Is there a switch for that?

If I thought you actually believed that, I'd expect to see you selling your Kymcos (plural!), and taking their excellent resale cash to buy mainland Chinese replacements, pocketing the leftover cash.  ;)

I have a friend that had one.  He bought it new for $1600.  The really sketchy scooter shop here sells them for only $500 down, enough to cover their costs and probably then some!  It lasted about 6 months before major issues, I think it was the stator and some other stuff.  I think he put another $500 in it with some upgrades.  It lasted about another 6 months before stuff started to break again so he sold it.  I think he ended up with about a $1600 loss!  It looked nice though!  To boot my near stock ZX50 smoked it!
