Hi,

I thought I would find out what people have done and what results they have gotten from it.

I will post mine once my parts arrive.

Thanks

So far, all I have done is 12g roller weights.  I don't plan on doing much else to it performance wise, perhaps stiffer clutch springs in the future.  I would like to install a digital speedometer/tachometer such as the trail tech vapor universal unit.  Probably install some driving lights too as the stock headlight isn't enough for the type of driving I do.

55/60W Osram nightbreaker
15led dipol break light
blue tacho (2x1w led)
new set of tires standard dim Pirelli ST66 (best upgrade from serial-money worth)
Mallosi multivar (11.5g rollers) + extra 13g rollers

and then i hit a car from behind......

I have just ordered a "performance exhaust"-$79.00 on Ebay. I checked it out against more expensive ones and was told parts for the GY6 157QMJ 150cc motor would fit the 152 QMI 125 cc motor. I'll post what I find when I do install next week. I also purchased a 30MM CVK carburetor and intake on E-Bay for $129.95  Scooter stores had same thing for $169.00 for carb only. Next week when I install I'll post and let you know if I messed up my zippy little Agility 125 or made an worthwhile improvement.

OK. I got the exhaust and the pipe didnt have the proper bend to it to fit on the exhaust manifold and go out through the frame as it is supposed to. After trying to make it fit I finally remounted the old exhaust the cut the muffler off were it passes just below the oil dipstick. I then cut the new exhaust pipe which is a slightly larger diameter and slid it over the stock pipe. I sealed the joint with JB Weld and bolted up the bracket and then attached the new stainless muffler to the flange of the new exhaust pipe as designed. Installation looks great and sounds killer! I havent gone for a test ride since it raining. Once I get the performance checked out with the new muffler I'll install the new 30MM carb and report back on the changes. ;D

..cool!! and thanx Blue Baron!!!

..here's where i am right now...

..oem carb..101 jet..K&N filter..modified oem exhaust...

..ncy variator (Malossi be comin')..oem drive face.. 27 grams of rollers (4.5) ..from 28.2 grams..(4.7)  ..729 belt..

..oem clutch (Dr Pulley be comin')..malossi white 1000 contra..leo vince red 1000 fly springs..oem torque driver..oem driven face..

..i'm getting awesome-quick take-off (not 2-stroke, but as close as i've ever been)...gots those rpms up!..initial belt tug is GONE..

..remains in the higher revs, accelerating VERY NICELY to 47mph indicated (43 gps)...

..rpms settle out there as speed gradually increases if on a flat and the wind is favorable.....

..hit a little decline while running at 47, and scoot kinda takes off up to 52 indicated (49 gps)..

..downhill...i don't know, as i've not ever had a gps on my scoot with the speedo in these positions..

..but it sure feels fast...........
