..averted a major disaster..
« on: March 21, 2010, 06:07:22 PM »
..i had changed my clutch springs a while back...and i decided to try my + 15% springs with the new air induction mod...

..when i opened my clutch, i found that one of the e-ring retainers and the washer were gone....

..found the e-ring in the bottom of the cover..

..the washer has apparently vacated the premises..

..also noticed scratches on the outter surface of my drive belt...

...  :o ...

..must been wearing one of those beer patches that day..

What washer and clip are you talking about?  Definitely sounds like major disaster averted at any rate.  Speaking of the Corning plant is currently on fire!  I don't know I have ever seen smoke so dark!  Still no word on hazards!  It's not far from my house, the backyard looks like doom!
