I have a new agility city 125. When going to around 90 km/h the steering feels wobbly especially on small bumps and in corners. I don't feel very safe when it does it. What's the reason?

Are you sure wobbly is the word you want to use? Can't picture that happening at 55mph.
I do think there is a vibration at that speed, not unstable, that tells me that that is faster than the scooter wants to go. Maybe it's the size of the wheels.
