I have a 2009 kymco agility50 I put fresh gas new battery it turns over but will not crank can I get afew ideas on what to check I put a bit a gas in the carb it did crank but will not crank otherwise
??

do you mean crank or fire, crank is just turning over , fire is ignition working ,

Well I know the spark plug is good I tested the spark plug put fresh gas I hold the handle down push the red button and it turns over fine just will not ignite as you say

Test the spark plug.. how? Take it out connect the spark cable with the tip of the plug touch the engine and crank it. You should see the spark. Then check if the carb is getting gas. Take the hose out and crank the engine. Fuel shall come when theres vacum. With those to tests if both are ok that thing should fire...
Tell us what happened after these tests and will help you from there

KILL Switch is the red switch on your handlebars...probably right side.
Is emergency shut off of engine.
Circle is "on",
X
on circle is "off".
Some scoots will crank over but never start if kill switch is "off"
No "fb" for the Stig.
