Are the originals unsafe? One guy on the forums says replace them immediately, Don't even ride on them. Dangerous!!!
Others say they have ridden on them for thousands of miles with no problem. What to do???

When time and money allows replace them with city grips or another great tire. They're not unsafe but there are much safer options. I wrecked on my OEMs when they lost grip on a slippery surface. The city grips do have more of a grip.

Most Chinese made tires are quite crap in the wet so should be replaced when possible but iv been using the ones on my agility city for about 3600km and they have proved fine in all weather so far. I don't know what brand of tires the agilty come with as stock tho.
My agility city came with kenda tires.

I have read many posts on these crappy original tires, but have been unable to find what brand they are. Am looking for a used 125 and would like to be able to tell if they are original.
Thanks

Look for no name on the tire and a dead center groove.

I never had problems with the stock tires, and ran them until the tread was gone, but I do like the Michelin Boppers better...more stable at speed and better grip in corners.
