Vaccum Pressure of Carb?

I have a vaccum pressure tester kit and wondering if i could use it to diagnose a vaccum leak?  If so, where would i plug it into?

...that's a good question tho...

..i've suspected a vac leak on my a50....

..i know you can get a "T" fitting, and install it inline of any vacuum line....and hook the gauge up there...
..every mod (action) necessitates a (reaction) mod..
