Well, maybe, Wayne. You might have found a wire broken INSIDE the insulation. Also consider a terminal lug or other crimped-on terminal like inside one of the plug shells. I know you found something! Now ya gotta figure out what it is!

If it was a wire broken INSIDE the insulation wouldn't unplugging and replugging back in each of the connections while key was on give me the same response (no power)? That is what I did and it kept power the whole time.

I ask the ? cause I'm just trying to learn.

Yes but I believe that only controls the headlight.

That's what it is SUPPOSED to do but some of the other threads seem to indicate when it goes bad it affects a lot of other stuff. I think it was Bettin & Losin' said they are junk and he bypassed the thing. Don't remember which threads had this but it seems there were several. And I may have misunderstood!
