bought a motorcycle...still LOVE the scooter!

I posted a while back after taking the MSF course how much I enjoyed riding a motorcycle....finally pulled the trigger and bought a used Ninja 300 a few weeks ago...it is beyond fun..feels like an exotic sportscar compared to my People S200!

So I hadn't ridden the S200 for about a month...until today. Wow...it was fun. I didn't realize just how light, comfortable and easy to ride it was! The seat is comfortable, the seating position is comfortable...even the acceleration is more than adequate to keep up.

Not having anything to compare it to, originally, I didn't have any idea how truly light and flickable it was. When I bought the Ninja I assumed I'd sell the scooter next Spring...after having so much fun with it today I am rethinking that plan.

I know we have other riders on here that ride both motorcycles and scooters...and now I see why..they both have their place.

Either way, 2 wheels is awesome...can't believe I waited until i was 49/50 to buy my bikes!!

Yep, agreed. It is  a total blast.

I have two motorcycles and two scooters.  I enjoy all of them but end up riding the scooters more.

+1. Anybody that owns a large touring or dual purpose motorcycle should think about a mid-size scooter. Sure I ride my Triumph Explorer on short rides, but the gt300i gives me another option that is different enough so that both are always fun. Actually, I am finding myself spending more time on the scooter.
