Greasing the brake pins?
Runs that starter in one go too long for me.

Jeeze. The starter was probably red after that mess.

Greasing the brake pins is a good idea and therefore correct. Prevents them from corrosion over the years at the threads.  Especially good and recommended for all wheather riders.

Whereas running the starter motor for so long time is an absolute no go! This lazy guy should have flooded the carb and fuel lines manually in advance and before first starting attempts. Also the removal of the protective panel tapes
should be the last thing to do, not the first....
That´s why I would preferably want to buy and get a bike delivered sealed in the box on the pallet, so that I can build it myself correctly without having incompetent "mechanics" their first hands on it.
Unfortunately too many careless, uneducated people out there.
And to make things worse, these people then proudly present their questionable "talents" on youtube.
Cheers,
Robo
