scooter wont turn over

my son has a 2010 agilitty and it wont turn over. he was riding it and it started dragging and when he stopped it died....he has cleaned carb and changed fuel filter, looked at spark plug, fuses etc... please anyone can u give advice

50 or 125? 2 stroke or 4 stroke?

Remove CDI, clean contacts, put it back on the jack.
Check both fuses underneath the floor board.

- have u got enough power - try lights?
- startin scoot with foot?
- check spark plug cap and wires (it twisting type wire into cap)....
- gas?

Are you getting a spark at the plug?

I doubt you will get spark if the engine won't turn over.
