I have a 2011 pulsar 125 and the left hand crank seal has gone, will I have to split the crankcase or can it be replaced from the outside, any help welcome, Thanks

had to do a search on that model...it's a 125 cc motorcycle! Pretty good looking. The motor doesn't look like the typical GY6 scooter motor.. I recall Stig mentioning to another poster (with a different question) that it may be a honda 125cc motorcycle engine clone (?) and to maybe look at Honda bike forums?
tried to attach a pic...dang, never seem to get the hang of attaching pics from my computer to this forum...
