She died.
« on: June 21, 2017, 10:19:22 AM »

My 2007 Kymco Agility with 36500km`s died today, 47mm kit was on there for about 3500km`s.
Guess it`s time for a new block + crank and she will thrive yet again.
It`s a sad day though.

Is there anything I need to know about replacing every single thing in the engine, especially the crank?
I will buy a entire new engine case, and will fill it up with all the parts that are on my engine now. Exept for the crank, I`ll buy that one brand new ofcourse (Naraku crank).

Rip. Time to get a 150 & stuff it in the vacant hole.

Unfortunately I can`t legally drive anything over 50cc (moped license). I could perhaps buy an Agility 125 and swap the number plates, but that is currently too expensive for me.

My plan is to buy an empty engine block and a new crankshaft, and then swap all my (still good) parts over and drive with that. Budget is tight.

Thanks for the condolences guys, appreciated.

Edit: Got a theory as to why she broke. There is a squeeling noise/noise of metal ringing which probably means that the bearings are dry, but the oil level always was and still is normal. So my guess is that the oil pump/oil delivery broke and the bearings quickly (She first made noises yesterday, driven about 10 kilometers with it since) gave up. Not the BBK`s fault in my opinion, but I will check the oil system soon.
