I am surprised that the same old spammers keep returning and even after being reported they remain as members for quite a while and their post live.  Most other forums lock them out straight away.  Is this site protected well enough from hackers?

This (forums, etc.) is where Russia practices for bigger hacks...they target small utilities, as well.
