That has to be the same Derrick Hester. He was from Somerville, Tn. You're right, he was no kid and should have known better. Even I grew up before I turned 39., well sortuf. Very bad indeed.

Despite his age, he could have been a new rider. I didn't start until my early 40's. Still, you'd hope life would give him some experience and perspective about being cautions and safe. Hope the woman he hit pulls through.
