Looking for aftermarket roof and windshield ,or is the factory stuff the best.

I think to date you are limited on roofs/top as the factory roof is the only option that I know of. It's ok nothing wrong with the factory. But I'd like other options. Maybe a nice aluminum one. Hopefully someone will start making one in the future.

I have the factory roof and so far no complaints. I felt the windshields were rather pricey so I made my own from Polycarbonate plastic (do not use plexiglass!) I made a half windshield lower for summer riding then an upper half for cold weather riding. It looks good and was fairly easy to make with a total cost including hardware of about 175 bucks. I am currently looking for hardware to convert the upper to a tilt out/or down windshield.
