I'm not sure exactly what you mean with that question, but I'll give it a go. I would like to start my 500 at all temperatures, like I do my other motorcycles, although I usually don't ride when it is below freezing, so I guess I haven't tried at that level. My 500 has starting problems at anything below 50 degrees F. I can attach a jumper pack and usually get it going okay. Once it has started it restarts with no problem. At cold temperatures the starter is able to rotate the engine for a little while, but the engine doesn't fire. It sound like it's not getting any spark when that happens, but I haven't been able to narrow down the problem. Pretty much everything in the charging, starter and ignition systems has been replaced, and I'm still not sure what the basic problem is. BTW mine is a carbureted 2009 with 12,000 miles on the odometer.
