Did you leave something hooked to pet carrier plug? Could have run the battery down.
Beyond that I'd check would be the battery cables for tightness, & while you're there try jumping it.
After that try to use the brake lever you don't normally hold while starting it. Could be a fussy switch there. My SYM had that.
Beyond that it depends. There's no kickstand kill on these, so that's out. It's pretty much down to wire tracing, jumping stuff to bypass switches 'n stuff.
A PITA, but not the end of the world.
Far as towing it goes, you could try to kick start it, or if not too far push it. The bike's pretty light.
