400i xciting 2017

Bought a brand new 400 xciting on 10th June 2017... Had 2 miles on the clock ... Rode it for the first time the next day (65miles) when I got home coolant was leaking out of the water pump.. Took it back to dealer had to wait 3 days for a new seal ..fitted it and it's still leaking.. then I called masco the company who imported it .. they send the dealer a full casing from a new engine...dealer fits it ...leak fixed...but now the engine light is on and I've now got to wait till they receive a code reader to read the fault codes .. I feel I have bought a pig in a poke ...want a refund or a new scooter..
Do you think I'm being unreasonable?

Yes that really does suck when you plunk down your hard earned cash and immediately have stuff go south. I hope your dealer does the right things for you. That is a nice machine, maybe only a temporary set-back.

Kymco's are really great bikes and the Company really does care about customer satisfaction, IMHO, but here in the U.S. the dealer network leaves a lot to be desired. Hope you can get it all resolved quickly.

Thanks, was curious as the models we have here in the States are limited. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.
