1. Take the cover off exposing the belt.
2. Drive to local tire shop with a 24mm socket.
3. pay $5? to blow the nut off then have them lightly tighten it and drive back home and change the belt.
4. Return to tire shop to re-tighten.

I owned an electric impact hft tool years and years ago.  Never had any problems but never had much power either.  Nothing like compressed air tools.  When I need real power I turn my compressor's regulator to 160psi and my impact gun blows nuts off in a second.
