I recently watched a youtube video on a campaign a group of London riders have started to have motorcycle and scooter riders seen more as everyday people who commute to work in London and the problems that they face including the increasing theft of scooters and scooter related crime in London. Every day an average of 41 scooters/motorcycles are stolen. Interesting video.
