New scooter designs.....
« on: November 08, 2017, 12:26:43 PM »
New scooter designs.
Ahh, everyone's gone to the pile of broken Legos look!
When I glance at these Transformer inspired  scooter designs I don't see form, or shape or movement. I expect them to onfold and do my dishes, or laundry, or cut me.
Even the once flowing Majesty has morphed into a pile of bricks awaiting the mason.
The new small Forza bears no family resemblance to the old 300s.
Couldn't see myself spending a Saturday morning waxing one of these new shapes.
Visit an Italian design house with checkbook in hand ..  Kymco does it, sometimes - VW did it yrs ago - and the results were
pleasing, sold well & were often ground breaking then , and  classics now.
The Japanese....well, I'd much rather wax an Alfa Romeo Giulia than an Accord,  any Accord.

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

Old Stig?? Maybe you should have been a poet. You have a unique ability to put your thoughts into words. in such a manner, that your hearer, or in the case , reader can see what you see. Your descriptions are humorist yet convey a recognizable image. Not many of us can do that.
