Check owner's manual. .....but turning scooter headlight adjustment screws to the Right usually lowers the beam.
Manual should show you where the adjustment device is located.
Need owner of your scooter model to chime in here.....

I've checked owner's and service manual nothing there. Tried turning the screw to the left but don't see any difference will double check. Thanks.

Surprised a People 300 owner hasn't responded.
Generally tightening the screw below the headlight pulls down the headlight bucket - lowering the beam.
Loosening the screw should push up the aim.
My light aim moves only a little at a time....but I don't have your scooter.
I aim it at a wall and place tape on wall to mark my starting point.

We have one but never got into that. I would bet it is like all headlight adjusters: it is long-winded! Takes a BUNCH of turns to see any difference. That's why Stig says use a piece tape! He a smart guy!

Ditto, Crossbolt.
As I remember it actually moves the reflector not the lens.
Take your time and go easy, it will adjust.

Thanks for your help. Visually you can't see anything as you are turning the screw. That's why I was puzzled and thought it wasn't working. As you mentioned it's best to do at night against the wall or something.
