I am gonna be cynical: There is NOT that much to any scoot. Several of us could take that thing apart, I will bet, and FIND the problem. Like a bad crimp or solder on a main terminal lug, broken wire INSIDE insulation on a main power wire, bad contact or fault inside the ignition switch or a couple of poor grounds (main battery ground-not on the battery but to the frame, engine bonding ground). I am not harping on you. I know it has to be frustrating. Most people would have poked a screwdriver in somebody's ear by now!
