Cold start issues, downtown 125i, 2015.

Hi everyone, newbie  1st post. Just got a 2015, downtown 125i,  its been standing for about a year. Changed out the fuel, new battery and plug.its sparking, and fuel coming through injector. I got it started after about 2 hrs of removing plug, emptying chamber etc. Ran well after about 5 minutes of heavy smoking. Starts 1st kick when warm, won't start when cold. So is there a cold start sensor somewhere  I can change or some rectifiable issue I don't know about. Any an all help truly appreciated.

Apologies to all for not knowing the difference between a poll and a question.
Or what a poll is for. I was/am, just hoping for some guidance to the cold start problem  I mentioned  in what I thought was a question.

Temp sensor on engine for gauge, temp switch in radiator for fan if identical to DT300i.
