Have you tested battery cranking volts?

If you lack the aptitude to read a wiring diagram, and perform some switch-circuit continuity testing with a multi-meter, probably should let a mechanic troubleshoot it.

Does the brake light come on && stay on when you pull the levers in?

Try jumping the solenoid with a screwdriver. If it starts readily, either the solenoid is bad or one of the safety switches (kickstand, brake) have bad connection.

The fact that it eventually starts makes me think the solenoid is most likely stuck. It can also stick open leaving the starter running forever until you disconnect the battery.

Agility 125 doesn't have a safety switch on the kickstand. As soon as you put the scoot upright the kickstand folds in.

I would start with checking the brake switch contacts first, then starter button.
Does it refuse to start if either of the brakes are applied?

If the brake light works when lever pulled---- my $2 is on the battery.
 Weak battery, or dirty/loose posts.

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

where is placed the solenoid?
i have seen three possible, in the manual:
-pulser coil
-ignition coil
-starter relay
which one is the solenoid?

i suspect that is the "starter relay"; because of this scheme.

Starter relay is correct.

Correct - unfortunately the manual refer to the starter solenoid as a “relay”.
The scooter does not have a “relay”.

The solenoid is located close to the fuel outlet at the tank - right next to the ignition coil.
