From another scooter forum I saw this and wanted to share. It's an adventure touring scooter.

If open chain=sucks.   Enclosed chain MZ style in grease ok,, but open once again sucks!

Looks a lot like the Honda adventure scooter.
But isn't an adventure bike expected to go down on a certain % of off road "adventures"?
There'll be plastic panels littering the trail if either one of these things go down!
At the prices these will sell for - the owners will likely limit their off-roading to Walmart parking lots.
Neither scoot likely for these shores.

Let's face it, the vast majority who buy such machines never take them on adventurers. Like people who buy SUVs. They are mostly for soccer moms and wannabe outdoorsmen who don't like getting their hands dirty let alone rough it. It's all about image, nothing more.

the artical says "Chain Drive" but the pictures that shows the left rear quarter with the rear Tyre(Second row Right picture & Sixth row Left Picture) I see a belt drive not a chain.

Tiny, you are absolutely right! Tap on the picture and zoom and you have a rather wide tooth belt, even "sprocket" teeth showing! HD belt drive OK! Actually wider than any HD belt final drive! Tiny, you the man!

Make that fireproof knobbies, Stig!
