Structural changes to Vitality 50 2T?
« on: November 13, 2020, 06:29:57 AM »
Hey, y'all.

I'm not exactly new...just returning after a few years or so.

My wife has a modded out Vitality 2-stroker (70 cc BBK, racing CDI, upgraded variator, cvt weights, larger carb, etc...)...tops out at 67 mph with me (5'11" 205 lbs) on it.

It's been sitting for a while and she has no interest in it, so I'm gonna get it cleaned up and running properly. Need to go thru the electrical as last time I rode it (3 years ago..?), it was going along fine, there was a pop and it died. Never got it started again. No problem..I can check everything from A-B and replace what needs to be replaced.

Anyway, I think I'll strip off the bodywork and kind of, sort-of do a "ruckus" job on it.

Has anyone ever stretched-out their Vitality? I want to push the rear tire, engine, etc..out about 4-6 inches. Maybe also add a fatty tire. Is there a kit to do this...or would I be looking at a machine shop to do some frame work?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
Nuff said.
