Fellow on another scooter forum asked if I had a reserved spot for my coffee village runs.
I replied:

Actually, I find that when I arrive before sun rise I have little trouble getting my primo parking spot, with table and chairs (which I purchased at Walmart to replace the broken ones)
BTW - recently learned that Dave Chappelle owns the building behind me.
And, it is only a short walk across the street for Dinos coffee. He opens at 6:45AM."
early scoot gets the spot!
