Easily changeable battery not mentioned. Even forklits and pallet trucks have changable batteries.

This is something Honda does,, because it can.   Just makes a nice 125cc scooter more complicated....more stuff to go wrong.   Wonder what a replacement battery costs?

Yeah, the Prius has been getting rave ratings so apparently battery longevity and reliability keeps getting better. Other than electrons, there are no moving parts in a battery to wear out or need maintenance.

Taxis over here are almost always Priuses, always 12/13 years old and always with 300K miles on them, so they must be doing something right!

The big advantage of a hybrid scooter is the use of an electric motor to power the wheel, which will eliminate the current weak link in our scooters: the CVT and its relatively short-life drive belt.
