I'm in the process of derestricting my 2009 Agility 50 (CK50QT-5). I have already done the CDI wire cut and I'm about to install the new boss drive.  Does anyone have any ideas as to what the best size rollers are to use and what the best size carb jet is to use for maximum performance? Also are these kits on ebay worth it or would it be a waste of money. Kit includes rollers, carb jet, spark plug, air filter and variator?

Thanks!

Your question is hard to answer.

It depends.  How's that?

The weights really depend on your weight, do you have a lot of hills or live in a flat area
and what do you value, acceleration or top speed?

That said, try ordering a set of 6 gram and a set of 5 gram weights.  try them on their own and mixing them together.

jetting is the same way.  Some guys have a 101, some are in the 90's, some of us are still on stock jets.  need to play around with it for a while.

as for that kit...

I don't know.  I like to buy name brand from an actual store so I know I'm getting great service.

Try Enviromoto, scootertronics, provoscooter... and call them.  They always return my calls and answer my questions.

good luck and post your results.
Im usually on a bicycle, so for me, this thing is hauling ass!

..my 08 CK50QT-5 Agility likes 4.7 gram rollers and a 101 jet...AND a NGK C8HSA spark plug..all with a K&N free-flow air filter..

..add a 1000 contra spring and 1000 fly clutch springs for awesome take-off and top speeds in excess of 50 mph downhill...

..in addition, i would suggest a Malossi variator...OEM will perform, but the malossi gives a longer powerband profile...

..AANND, if you can locate a 729-17.7-30 drive belt, 60mph indicated downhill is not out of the question..

..keep n mind...you must change your oil often and maintain correct valve clearances for optimum performance...
