Shad part for XTown 300i

I've been unable to get a Shad Backrest Fitting kit (K0GD16RV) and Shad is not saying when or if they will ship from Spain.    Can anyone recommend an aftermarket supplier that may be able to get this part or find one in a warehouse somewhere?  The one company I was going though had me hanging for over a month....

What country are you in?
If it's the U.S. that was my experience with them as well.  Lots of words & brush offs, but no product.
I eventually just winged it.
