No Spark
« on: May 15, 2019, 09:56:36 PM »
Hi to all, I'm new to this forum. I'm a old street rodder so this scooter thing is all new to me. I'm trying to help a young kid that is having a tough time in life. He bought this kymco agility 50 that didn't run, it was in very rough condition. I want to help as much as I can, the issue is NO SPARK! Now I know this subject has been covered a lot. Here is what I have done so far, new cdi, new stator with pulse generator, new ignition switch, new battery and new coil, still no spark! it cranks over fine and everything else works lights/turn signals. So any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't want to let this young man down, thanks for the help.

Welcome, Starman! You ain't Jeff Bridges, are you? Har, har! What about the run-stop switch? Red one on right handle bar.
