Continental Conti Scoot tires - anyone?
« on: May 31, 2019, 10:43:03 PM »
Anyone have experience with these tires?

I love where she cuts him off.....and doesn't apologize.

For the Piaggio - Can pick up a set of these 14" & 16" Reinforced tires in the proper size for less than $100.
Michelin has a City Grip for the front - but a different Michelin for the rear. Hard to find tire sizes. (Pirelli Angels not avail.)
The Conti's are a matched set.

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

IMO, Continental makes the best bicycle tires  (Gatorskins), so I wouldn't hesitate to try their scooter tires.
2014 BV 350  "IndiGO" (fast, strong and tireless)
2006 Honda Rebel 250  "Snow Leopard" (stealthy, agile and durable)
2018 Lance Cali Classic 200i  "Black Panther" (smooth, nimble, quiet and quick)
2016 Wolf V-50 (sold)

Wanted a Kymco, ended up w a Lance, but that forum is inactive, so I am here

Think I'll get these when the stock Duros wear out (in another 7 months or so).

Where did you see a set for under $100, Stig?

Sorry, I looked at too many places to recall - I'm a year away from buying any - now that I found some Pirelli Angels, I might go with them for my Liberty next year. The stock Maxxis on the Piaggio are silly prices....and all you get is a Maxxis.
