Missing Part
« on: September 16, 2010, 03:11:56 PM »
I bought my scoot new but, for whatever reason, it did not come with that mud flap thingy (and I believe that is the correct technical term for it) behind the rear wheel. The dealer had 3 new agilities and none of them had that piece.  Not sure why that is.

In any event, I'm getting tired of having dirty water thrown at my backpack and helmet when I ride in wet conditions.

However, I can't seem to find anywhere that sells this part.  The dealer I bought from closed not long after I bought the scoot, and the only other local place that sold Kymcos stopped carrying Kymcos and the associated parts last year.  When I look at the parts diagrams at Stadium Yamaha and some other sites, none of them show that particular piece.

So does anyone know if there is a shop that sells them?  Or perhaps another name for the part - a Google search under 'Kymco agility mud flap thingy' didn't work.  Go figure!

Damn - they don't list the part for the agility 50 diagram, but have it for the 125.

Thanks Word - I should have thought to check the 125 as well as the 50.

I did the sku search and it took me to the 125 diagram.

Still, I don't know how I missed it when I looked today - for whatever reason when I looked under the tail light section it just showed the actual tail light assembly.  I guess it was a zoomed in view and I didn't think to zoom out and see that there was much more to the diagram.

I knew I shouldn't have switched to decaf...
