After  tracing wires, checking grounds, and replacing anything to do with spark I found the problem.  I checked the ignition switch and it was not working. I ordered a correct switch for this model scooter installed it hit the button and it started running right away. Thanks for the assistance in getting my scooter to run and for me to learn from this group

Alright! That gives closure! Now, what would you have done different if you had to do it over?

I don’t think I would do anything different. Had to check everything and replace bad  or out of spec parts. Got scooter as a no start no spark. It was definitely a learning curve
