No, more rare than that!... a (helmetless) couple on a pink Vespa Primavera just rode by in my coffee village!
Wife and I exchanged waves.
First Vespa I've seen in a  l o n g  time.
Cool beans!
Stig (noted they came out of a side street...not down 55mph thru road)

Just got back from SF, Vespas by far the most common scooter there.
Also had electric scooters for rent randomly scattered around town.
