CVT belt help needed please. Please watch video.

My 2006 Bet & Win 250 has just 2,000 miles on it and it seems the belt is a little loose. What do you guys think? What would cause a belt to stretch so bad? Is it my weight? I am 6'3" and 375lbs. In the video the scooter is at idle.

Doesnt look too bad to me? Inless the belt flaps about and hits the cvt cover or starter bendix then i wouldnt be too concerned. Mine does the same kinda thing on my Agility. When you rev it up does it get tighter as it moves up and down the variator?

Should be ok i think, my stock belt had 12,000km on it when i swapped it. I kept it as a spare emergency belt since it was still useable ifoneeded one desperately.
Chaos is my co-pilot.

It is flapping because there are more torque on the work-stroke than in the other 3, so there are an uneven force. It is only that visible because the variator havent tightened itself fully around the belt, as it does when accellerating. Like Streido, my agility does the same thing, even though not as much, but i think that it's not as much because i don't have so many powers on the work-stroke that you do, and that i use a kevlar belt, which is often considered to be more stiff than the original. ;D
First Kymco agility 50 (2008) 11.000+ km (dead)
