« on: December 23, 2010, 02:53:36 PM »
I currently have a agility 50 2006 ... i have had it for 2 years now and is bored about how slow it goes via acceleration and top speed i had it fully derestricted with new rollers when i got it serviced and will hit 50 flat eventually but im now into going a bit faster with allot more acceleration and noise ...

I know what i want done to it i would like a new exhaust but dunno what would fit and easy other modifications ... also planning on painting any ideas on what colours would go well

appreciate any body's own ideas and links  :)

Free flow air filter will give you the biggest boost at this point (short of going with a big bore kit).

You will have to increase the size of the main jet.

I haven't done any exhaust mods yet so I'm not the best source on that.

Seems like your choice would be between a Leo Vince or a Tecnigas system.

I believe that this is something you would do after getting the free flow filter as the performance exhaust systems need more air intake.

Hopefuly those who have played with upgrading the exhaust system can help you out more.

Have fun with it!

And don't forget about tuning the variator.  Changing roller weights, clutch and contra springs can help your scoot perform better.

You can do a search of this forum to find lots of discussions about tuning the variator.
