LIKE200i belt, weights, filter, clutch DIY

Used 1/2" Craftsman battery impact gun to remove the 2 nuts, and Craftsman beam torque wrench to tighten them.
Belt cover was slightly stuck in spite of lightly lubing the edge a couple of yrs ago. Front pry point & wiggling freed it eventually.

One way this can all go south badly - is if the belt is pinched under the front pulley during the reinstallation, the nut gives a false sense of being tightened, and the nut comes loose while riding!
Make certain the outer front disc is seated far enough for the grooved washer to fit as deeply as possible over the shaft. You do not want that nut to come off!

Also, some people have trouble installing the Dr Pulley sliders correctly. DO watch a youtube if you're not sure!

1st step remove lower side panel

remove two 10mm bolts holding bottom of airfilter box - lift a/f box to access the belt cover 8mm screw

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.
