That's a bit bizarre as I thought they were on the switched live circuit as well.

It sounds like it's going to be a case of going backwards through your circuit with a multimeter. It may be worth starting at the brake light switch and working back from there to find where the connection isn't being made, and hopefully this will lead you to the horn - or you could do vice versa :)

Whelp, the previous owner decided to remove the switch from the brakes so you don't need to pull them to start it. Also, I found that the starter relay is bad.

Turns out that Amazon has quite a few parts available through Prime! Should have her running this week.
