Red line -or top rpm on a two stroke is generally a function of the cylinder/porting/pipe.  Longevity at high rpm is related to the crank given that lubrication is sufficient.

The OEM cranks in Kymco 2strokes are good for high rpm 10-11,000 rpm.  You shoud be good, even with hot rod parts that may be installed.

Others, such as the Minarelli,  crank should be replaced if hot rodding, as they will not handle the higher rpm for long.

You will be fine - no worries!
