2018 MXU 450i LE Transmission question
« on: July 08, 2020, 01:48:37 AM »
Bought my 1st ever ATV used with 60 hours/370 miles.
Took it riding at the hunt club and it went well, in the end over some bumps i heard something loose rattling behind the cover. Got it home and took it apart. Found a couple of pins in the bottom of the cover. Took out that clutch of whatever it is and found where the pins go. Now looks like there's some bearings missing too, correct?? Can i buy those somewhere? How should i proceed?
Thanks a lot.

Here's a couple more pictures.
Also looks like the Spring has been spun around and doesn't look right.

There are supposed to be rollers on those pins. Looks like they have fallen out and gone missing? I think you can order them from kymco. Secondary clutch rollers i believe. The parts are listed under the “drive pulley” section
Look up airdam clutches on you tube. He shows how to clock that secondary spring. That might give you an idea of putting it all back together. By the way its the same motor and clutch as the Arctic Cat 450
