I have wanted to ride out to Pikes Peak Colorado. Will just have to find a way to fit it into my college schedule.

I rode to the top around 25 years ago before it was paved.  Really cool....literally.  I had lunch in Colorado Springs where it was around 85 degrees.  At the top of Pikes peak there was a bunch of snow and it was around 45 degrees.

Mt Evans is also really cool and even a bit higher.

Me too in the early 90's and I seem to recall suffering slight altitude sickness for the first and only time in my life.  Weird.  I was on a tour organised by a guy called Mike Broadstreet who ran a small company called Freedom Tours.  Great guy and wonderful tours.  Went back with him another 2 or 3 times!
