I don't know how the Agility's lights compare to other kymcos but, on low beam I cant go over about 10kph to allow for reaction and stopping time as the light pattern is a V with the center about 20 feet in front of the bike. The high pattern is a 6 foot circle of light 200 feet out which is ok for just seeing your lane but doesn't shine on the shoulder enough to watch for deer. The high pattern(as dim as it is) also spills enough light to irritate other drivers which limits my usage of it to when there are no visible vehicles.

I saw headlight adjustability mentioned in an earlier post. How is that done?

Your owner's manual should show you how to adjust the headlight beam.
From the front, looking under the headlight you should see a hole in the plastic panel with a screw in there. Generally tighten the screw to lower the beam, loosen to raise the beam of light.
Only a few turns. ..!

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.
