was just on Kymco USA website...and saw new for 2021 model, A Town? Picture shows a front DRUM brake...

What I found odd about that is the lower cost Agility series has a front disc.  Probably a cost cutting measure,  not only on the disc and calibers but the hydraulic ststem to operate them just use a couple of cables. 

If I was in the market for a small scooter it would definitely be the people with disc brakes and large wheels along with good looks and more advanced engine.
In parts 200S and Grand Vista and my motorcycles 2 CS BMW'S and one GS BMW.

Probably more than adequate for a 50.
Shoes supposedly last longer too.

For that kind of $ you could pick up a nice lightly used LIKE200i.
