I thought this was a throttle lock....

Popped up on my monitor advert....
It's a new fangled bicycle bell!

Sadly, I've no handlebars on my scooters.

How would you steer without handle bars? I think you mean you have no exposed handle bars. I know one in every crowd.

Yes, Stig, I suckered for that as a throttle lock, too! It does lead to an idea....

In my day correct usage and accuracy were not considered minor details but necessary fundamentals for communication.
